Larisa started Balance Tax & Payroll Services Inc back in 2011 with a friend, another tax preparer, and Adair, a newly hired receptionist. And since then shes been joined by each of her 5 children, 3 who are full time licensed tax preparers and 2 college students that work part time. It's become a full on family venture, where even Stefan, Larisa's husband can be found around the office during peak seasons helping us provide the best service we can to each individual customer.

Larisa started in the accounting field back in 2008, and has 16+ years of experience in tax preparation, advice, payroll, and new business registration.

Estera's first filing season was 2015, and now has over a decade experience. And since then she has completed her Bachelor’s in Accounting, passed her Enrolled Agent exams, and is now manager over our entire Payroll service offering.

Daniela's first filing season was 2016, and is also one of our main tax preparers and payroll personal, being integral in our ability to provide these services to our customers.

Vadim first started preparing tax returns with the 2012 tax season and has 13+ years in the field. And, due to his additional background and study in Computer Science, he is also our resident IT Administrator, making sure technology doesn't hold us back but is something we can leverage to help us offer the best service possible.
